SOLUTION
• Please wait – the transfer of the prior imaging after you click the ‘retrieve image’ button can take several minutes.
• If this does not work, please contact us at [email protected], or (512) 531-7227.
This may be because you bookmarked the wrong page.
• First, clear your cache.
• Go directly to the InteleConnect login page at: https://pacssw.radpartners.com/Portal
• Set this URL as your PACS login bookmark if you want.
This may be related to not having the correct account credentials on file with ARA PACS administration.
• The most common reason is that ARA does not have the correct credentials (user name, email, etc.) for you.
• Please contact us at [email protected], or call (512) 531-7227.
You may have multiple accounts tied to the same user name or email address on file with ARA PACS administration.
• We will help you confirm your login and delete the extra account information.
You may be using a VPN application that masks/anonymizes your IP location.
• You will need to turn off the masking function each time you log in.
• You can turn it back on after you have accessed InteleConnect.

Your search filter may need to be changed.
• Filter need to be set to ‘begins’ or ‘equals’.
• Do not set filter to ‘contains’.
Your authentication number may be attached to your user name.
• Be sure you have saved the URL (https://pacssw.radpartners.com/Portal) without any authentication numbers attached to it.
• This should prevent you from having to reset your password every day.
• Either refresh or bypass the error and continue to log on.
• You will be able to search as usual.
