ARA’s Provider Relations Associates are here for the medical providers of Central Texas

ARA is committed to providing you with the comprehensive resources you need to efficiently and conveniently order imaging for your patients. We have dedicated account managers called Provider Relations Associates in place to support you and your staff in these areas:

• Education on exams, protocols, and ordering processes.
• Accessing imaging through PACS, including training and installation questions.
• Customer service resolution with scheduling, referral requests, and literature support.
• Providing in-depth training with radiologists through in-house lunch-and-learns and CMEs.

Our Provider Relations Associates are geographically located throughout Central Texas supporting all providers in their area. We encourage you to engage with your PRA anytime you have questions. We want to make doing business with ARA easy for you and your staff.
