We survey patients that visit our facilities so we can measure and assess our performance in key areas like scheduling, check-in process, technologist courtesy, facilities, and billing.

Have you had an unpleasant experience? At ARA we provide services to over 2 million patients a year, so we know sometimes patients may not receive the level of care that they were expecting. When this occurs we want you to share your feedback with us because we care about your experience with ARA and we want to continue to make improvements in our service. Our dedicated service excellence team takes every patient complaint we receive and performs a root-cause analysis to determine if there are key areas for improvement in our organization. ARA has made many changes to our business processes from direct patient feedback.
