ARA is currently out-of-network with United Healthcare
Effective April 15, 2023, ARA is out of UnitedHealthcare’s provider network, including all commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans.
Please note that if you have a WellMed health plan, you are not impacted by this termination. ARA is still in your WellMed provider network.

Rescheduling an appointment
To cancel or to reschedule an appointment, please contact scheduling at (512) 453-6100.
We request that you give us a 24-hour notice for canceling and rescheduling your appointment, thus allowing other patients to be seen. We do recognize that emergencies will arise that may make notifying us prior to your appointment impossible.

If you have had a fever and a cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, or runny nose in the past 24 hours and you do not require an immediate or emergency imaging study, we respectfully ask that you consider rescheduling your appointment as soon as possible. If you must make your appointment, we understand, and we offer masks and hand-cleaning supplies at our hygiene station. Thank you for helping us keep Central Texas healthy.
