Rescheduling an appointment
We request that you give us a 24-hour notice for canceling and rescheduling your appointment thus allowing other patients to be seen. We do recognize that emergencies will arise that may make notifying us prior to your appointment impossible. If you cannot cancel online, please contact scheduling at (512) 453-6100.
For information on ARA operational procedures regarding COVID-19, please see ARA Response to Coronavirus.
If you have had a fever and a cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, or runny nose in the past 24 hours and you do not require an immediate or emergency imaging study, we respectfully ask that you consider rescheduling your appointment as soon as possible. If you must make your appointment, we understand, and we offer masks and hand-cleaning supplies at our hygiene station. Thank you for helping us keep Central Texas healthy.
