If you missed your screening exam due to COVID-19, now is the time to schedule!
If you have missed your screening exam or are due for one, please make your appointment today. It’s important for you to take care of your health, and ARA has ensured that our imaging centers are safe for you and your family.

 

Scheduling your appointment is easy using our flexible appointment options. 

 

If you are a new patient with ARA, you will need to call our scheduling office to schedule your first appointment or send us a quick request for scheduling so we can set your account up in our system.

If you are an existing patient, we also offer the option of scheduling your screening mammogram or ultrasound online. If you need to schedule for another procedure simply send us a quick request or give us a call.

If you leave us a message providing your contact information, we will call you back within one business day to schedule your appointment.

Sickness/illness

If you have had a fever and a cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, or runny nose in the past 24 hours and you do not require an immediate or emergency imaging study, we respectfully ask that you consider rescheduling your appointment as soon as possible. If you must make your appointment, we understand, and we offer masks and hand-cleaning supplies at our hygiene station. Thank you for helping us keep Central Texas healthy.

 

Language assistance services

Language assistance services are available at ARA, free of charge.

 

Text appointment reminders

As a convenience, we offer appointment text reminders to assist you with keeping up with your appointment date and time. Please let your scheduler know if you would like to receive appointment reminders via text.

 

Rescheduling an appointment

We request that you give us a 24-hour notice for canceling and rescheduling your appointment thus allowing other patients to be seen. We do recognize that emergencies will arise that may make notifying us prior to your appointment impossible. When this occurs, please contact scheduling at (512) 453-6100 and we will be happy to reschedule the next available appointment for you.

 

 

Protecting You From Coronavirus

In order to minimize the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), ARA has made adjustments to our care processes. This includes screening patients and employees, enhanced cleaning services, limiting visitors to the clinics, and maintaining social distancing. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
