We are currently accepting online appointments for  X-rays, bone densitometry, MRI, CT, mammograms, ultrasounds, and the SoftVue exam for dense breasts.

To schedule fluoroscopy, interventional, PET, or nuclear/molecular exams, or any other exam not listed, please call our scheduling team,
Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm at (512) 453-6100.

ARA will be accepting United Healthcare starting January 1, 2025

We are pleased to announce that ARA Diagnostic Imaging has reached an agreement with UnitedHealthcare, effective January 1, 2025.

We want to ensure you – our patients – that you still may access your trusted ARA providers for high-quality radiology services that are crucial to your health and well-being.

As we continue our relationship with United, we are excited to keep serving you and your family.

 


Rescheduling an appointment

To cancel or to reschedule an appointment, please contact scheduling at (512) 453-6100.

We request that you give us a 24-hour notice for canceling and rescheduling your appointment, thus allowing other patients to be seen. We do recognize that emergencies will arise that may make notifying us prior to your appointment impossible.

 

Sickness/illness

If you have had a fever and a cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, or runny nose in the past 24 hours and you do not require an immediate or emergency imaging study, we respectfully ask that you consider rescheduling your appointment as soon as possible. If you must make your appointment, we understand, and we offer masks and hand-cleaning supplies at our hygiene station. Thank you for helping us keep Central Texas healthy!

Text appointment reminders

As a convenience, we offer appointment text reminders to assist you with keeping up with your appointment date and time. Please let your scheduler know if you would like to receive appointment reminders via text message. Standard message rates and data charges from your carrier may apply.
