ARA Diagnostic Imaging recently experienced delays in exam report turnaround times due to staffing shortages and new technology implementation. We regret the impact this had on our patients and referring providers. Like many practices nationwide, we are affected by the ongoing radiologist shortage. In response, our teams have worked extended hours, and we have added radiologist support through our national practice, Radiology Partners.
We are also strengthening recruitment and improving workflows and technology to support lasting improvement.
We are seeing progress—turnaround times are improving, and additional radiologists are joining our team.
