Your medical records include both a written report which lists the findings and diagnosis of your imaging exam and the actual images from the exam, which may be requested by other health care providers.
ARA also offers an easy way to upload images from previous studies so our radiologists are able to compare these with your current ARA exam(s).

You will receive reports electronically and images will also be mailed on CD to the address you want at no cost. Please allow 24–48 hours to process and 3–5 days for delivery. You can also get in touch with directly with Healthmark at (800) 659-4035.

You will receive a notification from us when your results and images are ready to be viewed. Note: Not all portal notifications are related to exam results. Some notifications may be about other types of communication, such as reminder letters. If you receive a notification but do not see exam results, we encourage you to check your Inbox.
Viewing images on the patient portal is currently only supported using a PC computer. The viewer won’t work on phones, tablets, or on macOS. To view images on your PC, use these instructions.
