access is simple.
ARA offers convenient ways to access your medical records.
Your medical records include both a written report which lists the findings and diagnosis of your imaging exam and the actual images from the exam, which may be requested by other health care providers.
Patients may access diagnostic reports and images for exams completed on or after January 1, 2020. These will be available in the Patient Portal 3 business days after the exam is finalized. You may download images at no charge to your own CD or USB.
Submit an online request for electronic medical records. Reports are available online, and images on CD are mailed within 24-48 hours (allow 3-5 days for CD delivery via US Mail).
Submit an online request to pick up your records from one of our locations. You will be contacted once your records are ready for pickup. There is a fee of $6.50 per copy. Payment required upon pickup.
