access is simple.

ARA offers convenient ways to access your medical records.

Your medical records include both a written report which lists the findings and diagnosis of your imaging exam and the actual images from the exam, which may be requested by other health care providers.

View, share, or download your exam results dating back to Jan. 1, 2020. You can save images to a CD or USB drive at no cost.

Submit a request for electronic medical records. Receive reports electronically. Images will be mailed on CD at no cost. Please allow 24–48 hours to process and 3–5 days for delivery.

When will my results be ready in the Patient Portal?

You will receive a notification from us when your results and images are ready to be viewed. Note: Not all portal notifications are related to exam results. Some notifications may be about other types of communication, such as reminder letters. If you receive a notification but do not see exam results, we encourage you to check your Inbox.

How do I view images on the Portal?

Viewing images on the patient portal is currently only supported using a PC computer. The viewer won’t work on phones, tablets, or on macOS. To view images on your PC, use these instructions.
