ARA Diagnostic Imaging (ARA) Names Longtime Executive Leader Debi Brannan as CEO

AUSTIN, Texas, June 19, 2026 – ARA Diagnostic Imaging (ARA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Debi Brannan as its next Chief Executive Officer, following a vote of the ARA Physician Board.

Brannan brings more than two decades of leadership experience within ARA and has played an instrumental role in the organization’s growth, operational excellence, and strategic development. Her appointment reflects a longstanding commitment to the organization and recognition of her exceptional leadership capabilities.

“Debi’s selection as CEO is a testament to her remarkable contributions to ARA and the trust she has earned throughout her career,” said Greg Connor, MD, President of ARA. “Since joining ARA in 2005, I have had the privilege of working closely with Debi and witnessing firsthand her unique combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and thoughtful leadership. She has been a leading force in shaping ARA culture and strategy and is exceptionally well-positioned to lead us into the future.”

Throughout her tenure, Brannan has served in a series of key leadership positions, including Director of Business Office (RCM), Director of Business Development and Marketing, Chief of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently, Acting Chief Executive Officer. She has excelled in each role, demonstrating the ability to lead teams through periods of growth, transformation, and innovation while maintaining a focus on organizational excellence.

As Acting CEO, Brannan has provided strong and effective leadership during a pivotal period for ARA. Her influence extends beyond the organization, where she has earned recognition throughout RadPartners as a trusted advisor and respected leader. Her strategic insight, operational acumen, and collaborative approach have contributed meaningfully to the broader organization’s success.

“ARA’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence are among its greatest strengths,” Dr. Connor added. “Debi has been instrumental in building, nurturing, and exemplifying those qualities. Her leadership reflects the very best of ARA, most importantly, a dedication to our patients, referring clinicians, and colleagues.”
On accepting the role, Brannan expressed gratitude for the opportunity to lead the organization.

“I’m truly honored to serve as CEO of ARA,” said Brannan. “I have a deep appreciation for this practice—the people, the culture we’ve built together, and the meaningful work we do for our patients every day. It’s a privilege to be part of this team, and I’m excited about what we will continue to accomplish together.”

ARA congratulates Brannan on her appointment and looks forward to the continued growth and success of the organization under her leadership.
